Vivi James is a professional makeup artist with over 15 years of experience in the wedding industry. Having worked closely with photographers, brides, and creative teams for years, she understands the challenges of breaking into weddings without strong portfolio content.
The Wedding Content Day Experience was created from her firsthand experience seeing talented photographers struggle to showcase their work simply due to lack of opportunity. Her goal is to bridge that gap—creating a space where creatives can collaborate, grow, and walk away with content that truly reflects their talent and vision.
Vivi is passionate about connection, intentional design, and elevating creatives within the wedding industry—this event is a reflection of that mission.
Hi, I’m Krystal. After spending over a decade working in strategic planning for corporate America, I made the decision to step away and become a stay-at-home mom to my three beautiful babies. During that time, I finally had the space to explore my true passion for event planning and balloon décor.
Over the past few years, my business has grown organically, allowing me to work with incredible clients and create events that are both meaningful and memorable.
The services I offer include full wedding planning from booking through your big day, custom balloon installations of all styles, day-of coordination with planning support beginning one month prior, and budget-friendly party planning that includes a personalized budget tracker.
